T.J. Allen Cozzens

A funeral service for T.J. Allen Cozzens, 46, of Frazeysburg, OH, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 1, 2024, at Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, with Pastor Ralph Gordon officiating. Burial will follow at Hanover Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday prior to the service at the funeral home, 985 N. 21st St. Newark.

T.J. passed away June 23, 2024, at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville, OH. He was born April 24, 1978, in Newark, OH to Jim Cozzens and Jolene Nethers

T.J. was a truck driver for 10 Roads Express. He was a member of American Legion Post 29 and American Legion Riders.  T.J. enjoyed playing pool, riding motorcycles, pontoon boating with his dad, and outings with his mom.

He is survived by his wife, Annette "Belle" (Smith) Cozzens; father, Jim (Lana) Cozzens; mother, Jolene Nethers; sons, Brennan Conrad, Chris Cozzens, and Trevor Wills; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Don and Thelma Smith; paternal grandmother, Betty Cozzens; brothers, Shawn (Amanda) Cozzens, and Jimmy (Heather) Gilliland; sister, Crystal (Josh) Fields; sister-in-law, Susie (Todd) Bowen; nieces and nephews, Raylee, Shawn Ray Jr., Teagan, and Jameson Cozzens, and Dylin and Hunter Bowen, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, adopted family, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Chad Farmer; paternal grandparents, Roy Cozzens, and Alice Cozzens; maternal grandparents, Joe and Katy Nethers, Dick and Grace Mitchell, Mary Mills, and Charles and Edna Nethers; uncle, Leo Nethers, and two special people Grammy and Marky.
