Victor "Lanny" Chesser, age 85, of Dublin, passed away Monday, April 22, 2024, at Dublin Retirement Village. He was born in Carbondale, Ohio on July 7, 1938, to the late Harl and Fern (Doolittle) Chesser.

Victor is survived by his children, Mark Chesser, Roger (Lisa) Chesser, and Janet (Brad) Marshall; grandchildren, Nick Chesser, Jamie (Ben) Gibney, Toni (Garrett) Marshall, Haley (Parker) Howenstein, and Tanner Marshall; great-grandson, Wade Gibney; siblings, Ula Walker, Phil (Marilyn) Chesser, and Jon (Janet) Chesser; sister-in-law, Fran Chesser;  many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Judith (Gutridge) Chesser; brother, Conrad Chesser; brother-in-law, Don Walker.

Visitation will be held from 1-2pm Sunday, May 5, 2024, followed by a 2pm memorial service at Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, 885 N 21st, St. Newark, Ohio 43055, Jon Chesser officiating.
