Obituary

Kathleen J. Rohrer, 67, of Hebron, went to Heaven on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at Licking Memorial Hospital.

Kathy was born February 19, 1954, to the late Henry and Anna Mae (Kaufman) Miller. She married her soulmate Darrel on April 28, 1984.

She loved big, she adored her family, and she saw the absolute best in everyone. She prayed hard, welcomed you with a smile and treated everyone like family. She cooked with love and hosted events for her large family and friends. She loved the Buckeyes. She loved to have fun and travel to Las Vegas and the beach. She never knew a stranger.

She had a servant's heart. She selflessly helped cater events for Heartbeats, Volunteered at Super Kids and Kingdom Pillars. She was an active leader with the Cornerstone Church of Licking County and volunteered on the Kitchen Ministry Team.

She is survived by her loving husband, Darrel of 37 years, daughters Nikole (Tom) Gill and Allison (Matt) Shields; sons, Chris (Verna) Brill, Marc (Leesa) Brill, and Ryan (Mei) Rohrer; grandchildren, Hope (Tristan) Bryant, Amber (John) Murphy, Joy (Jordan) Bennett, Bethany (Liam) Benson, David Gill, Rachel Gill, Ramah Gill, Jonathan Gill, Thomas J Gill, Kirsten (David) Gibbons, Kaitlin Shields, Kourtney (Brendan Hargis) Shields, Barbara Brill, Lexi Brill, Mathias Brill, Violet Britton, and Brody Brill; 4 great grandchildren and couple more on the way; sister, Diane Miller Ryan; and nephews, Joel Miller and Derek Miller.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Duane Miller and granddaughter, Kendra Shields.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 9, from 5-7 PM and one hour Thursday, prior to the service at 11 am. Services will be held at Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, 985 N. 21st St., Newark.

Graveside service is Saturday, May 14th at 10:30am at the Sharon Mennonite Cemetery in Plain City, Ohio.
