Stephan James Klema

Stephan James Klema passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 7, 2022 , at the age of 27 . The family will receive friends at Brucker-Kishler Funeral Home, 985 N. 21 st Street, Newark on Friday, July 15 from 2-4 pm and 5-6 pm with service at 6 p.m. A celebration o f life will be held immediately following the service at North 64 Farms, 2839 Loudon Street, Granville (directly across the street from the family home ) – food and drinks will be provided.

When you first met Stephan , you thought he was a quiet guy, but once you got to know him you saw his amazing sense of humor and the way he could always ma k e others laugh. Stephan had a very special friendship with his brother Collin , he lo ved to spend time with him playing basketball, talking, or just doing nothing at all. He loved to cook and watch movies with his girlfriend Natalie. He treasured his friends and enjoyed staying connected by watching sports, playing video games, reliving his college years by playing lacrosse, watching movies , etc.

Stephan had an old soul and an amazing way of connecting with people . He c a red so much for others . . . he would call to ask you how you were doing at just the right time. Stephan always wanted to make sure those around him felt cared for and supported.

Ste phan is survived by his parents Stephen and Lorri Klema , his brother Collin, his faithful dog Mayhem, his girlfriend Natalie W awrzeniak, grandparents Steve and Joyce Klema, aunt Laura (Matt) Rice, cousin Kaitlyn (Kris) Halblaub and their children Kinsley and Kizer , aunt Shana Leichliter and her children Alex and Hayden , uncle Scott Leichliter and his children Brandon and Kaity , and ma ny family members and beloved friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Mary and Kenneth Brookhart.
